Domestic Shipping Policy
Surge Roller makes deliveries Australia Wide.
All our orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Australia Post Standard delivery is free and has a delivery time of 3-6 business days excluding 2 days handling by Surge Roller.
Australia Post Express delivery is $4.99 and has a delivery time of 1-2 business days excluding 2 days handling by Surge Roller.
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. The tracking code will be issued within 5 business days.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. By default all orders sent to you will not require a signature on arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods will be received as per the tracking number and address provided. Surge Roller cannot be held liable for loss of goods due to incorrect address provided to us.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at email@example.com
Prices And Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customs, duties, and taxes
Surge Roller is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Surge Roller is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received ordered online, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Proof of the damaged goods needs to be provided for a valid claim.
Furthermore; Surge Roller cannot be held liable in any way for negligent use of the product. This includes using the product whilst damaged or using the product whilst not in original condition. Surge Roller cannot be held liable for the damaging or destruction of property, persons or items in any way. If the product does damage fabric or furniture or any property of any sort, an investigation will be conducted, but Surge Roller will not be held liable for the property damage.
Only items purchased on the Surge Roller website can be returned to surgeroller.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a a pet store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
We will not refund a product if:
Too much time has passed. The right to a refund ends after a period of time has passed in which one would expect the problem to have become apparent; or
The product was damaged after being delivered to you.
We will not refund or replace a product if you have changed your mind about purchasing the product or made an incorrect choice. In the event you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
In order for your return to be processed as quickly as possible, please follow our returns procedure below.
